We can arrange different types of accommodation for your arrival in New Zealand. You may wish to stay there for just a few weeks, or for a longer period.

Working Holiday in New Zealand

Homestay

Many students like to live first of all in a Homestay. Both ARC centres offer high-quality Homestay accommodation, where you can enjoy getting to know a New Zealand family. Homestay families are carefully chosen, and checked by the centres. You can take part in family activities and visits, and practise your English in everyday situations. Each centre’s website has details of its Homestay arrangements and costs.

Student hostels

There are student hostels in each city. If you are interested in living in a hostel, your ARC centre will be able to help you. The centre staff can recommend the nearest and most suitable hostel.

Private arrangements

Backpacker hostel (backpackers)
